An update regarding COVID-19

Ensuring the safety of our patrons and team is our highest priority. As such, we are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and following advice from government agencies—including Australian Department of HealthNSW Health, and our peak industry body Live Performance Australia (LPA).

The government has recommended the cancellation of public gatherings of more than 500 people, as of Monday 16 March. As our maximum capacity at Neighbour is only 20, we don’t fall under this recommendation. As such, performances will continue as scheduled, until otherwise advised.

For your safety we have undertaken a number of initiatives, following Australian Department of Heath recommendations, including:

If recommendations change we will act promptly on any updated advice.

It is at your discretion whether you attend the theatre. Present measures are precautionary and we are guided by advice from Live Performance Australia (LPA) which states that refunds will not be issued for discretionary non-attendance.

People who have been in COVID-19 affected countries; have had contact with a confirmed case; or are experiencing symptoms should follow isolation advice.

If you have already purchased a ticket to Neighbour, and a medical practitioner has recommended you be isolated, please contact us and provide us with a doctor’s note and we will arrange an exchange or refund.

All other ticket exchanges and refunds are available in accordance with our ticketing terms and conditions.
